What is a DIGITAL SIGNATURE?

DIGITAL SIGNATURE: A Digital Signature Certificate is a secure key issued by the certifying authorities to authenticate the identity of the certificate holder. The public key hide is used to create Digital Signatures. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are like physical certificates, the difference is DSC is in digital or an electronic form, and Physical/manual certificates are in a paper form.

Used of DSC: This is an authentic and safe way to submit a document electronically, all compliances done by the companies/LLPs under the MCA21 e-Governance program are required to be filed using Digital Signatures by the authorized person to sign the documents.

DSC use in GOODS AND SERVICE TAX ALSO:  The important use of DSC in Goods and service tax because in any company/LLP GST returns are filling by the authorized person to sign the documents.
